WHO WE ARE

TePee Construction was established by registered builder Terence Hoskin and Amanda Henson.

Terence started his pathway to building by becoming a qualified commercial ceiling and wall specialist. He then moved on and became Commercial Construction Supervisor with John Holland constructing the BER projects that included Primary schools, Edgewater, Eddystone, Heathridge and Connolly. Following that, he moved into custom home building and his evidential Builders registration in November 2010. Since then together they have constructed over 60 Custom homes for clients all over Perth.

Amanda’s experience in managing horses and coordinating events helped her transition to a career in construction estimating.
With a background in showjumping and traveling across multiple states, Amanda developed strong organizational and coordination skills that proved to be valuable in the construction industry.
Her experience with interstate competition made her well-equipped to handle the challenges of estimating construction projects.
Amanda has since worked in construction estimating and has shown great success in her career.

We are a small company, which means that when you deal with us you deal directly with the builder. We pride ourselves on offering dedicated, personal services and providing clear communication to our clients. This alleviates the frustrations some clients have when dealing with project builders; it also ensures that you are always in the loop with progress on your project.

All construction issues are dealt with promptly by Terence, and, unlike larger companies, we are happy to accommodate any changes or variations you choose to make during the construction process.
